US History and C3 Framework: World Trade after WW II

The post-WWII era brought a vision of economic cooperation between the countries supporting free trade. However, recently, there has also been a persistent and perhaps growing concern over increased globalization. What explains these fears, and is there a way that teachers can help their students plan for a world with increasingly open trade with other countries?
